Do You Really Need All That Floetrol? Why To Use Less Pouring Medium & Beginners Dutch Pour tutorial in which I have broken down each and every color with exact measurements. You do not want to miss this. The video explains why all of that Floetrol or Pouring Medium is just not necessary and in turn its a great way to save some cash on supplies. 2 corrections in this video. the ratio that showed up on screen 70%/33% is a typo.. It should have read 70%/30%. Second correction. I did NOT end up using a tablespoon of floetrol for the colors.. I used a half teaspoon. This video is loaded with many helpful tips especiallyfor beginners or those who love the Dutch Pour . Although I used these extremely pigmented paints I could have extended them much more than I did by using more Floetrol. However this is a demonstration and therefore I imagined my Paints are the same that alot of people use which would be your average liquitex/arteza etc and therefore those types of paints would be just right for using less mediums than normal. My point being using expensive well.pigmented paints deserves more mediums so that you can get more for yoir money. I know , confusing. .I'm trying my friends. lol.
