GIATS is a system built for a private educational institution. Global Ilmu is a private educational institution that provides tutoring services for primary and secondary school’s students. These systems have a combination of two system which are management information system and learning management system. Studies have been made to learn deeply into the current business flow of the organization and developed systems will focuses on improve the business flow. Nowadays, it is very important for a business organization to own a management system for the business process to run smoothly. With a computerized working environment, workers could save a lot of time and business process would be quicker. As for the tutoring system, usually all private educational institution would only hold physical classes for the students to be attended to. In this time of the year, it is important for the primary and secondary students, to practice on learning in both ways which is physically and digitally. With this system, students able to communicate with their tutors virtually from anywhere and at any time. There will be four users who will be using these systems which are the administrator, employee, students and tutors of Global Ilmu. Administrator and employee will be using the administration system, while the students and tutors will be using the tutoring system. These system were built as a web application by using PHP and can be accessed through any browser platform.
