"Dynamic Korea" is a state-led slogan created during preparation the World Cup in 2002, meaning the national brand for the tourism in South Korea. But the slogan seemed to be created encouraging not only for pure tourism in Korea but also for nationalism.
Anyway, Korean people were happy together cheering together shouting "Oh Victory Korea" in the street under the slogan of "Dream comes true."
