If you do what you've always done, then you will get what you've always got.

That means that whatever we are consistently doing, and who we are consistently being is going to be the reflection in our life of what we have.

And I think the one thing that I could have told my older self is that the key to this whole process is to simply start. Start the process, start taking action, or start being the ideal version of you.
