This happened after leaving Blue Elephant for lunch. I thought it was the parking authorities ticketing my car until I unlocked my doors and she jumped into my car. After attempts to get her out of my car which she believed to be hers I just called the police. The police were located in the building I was parked in front of in Pottstown.
I feel bad for this lady she was obviously under the influence of something and may have some mental issues on top that. I hope she can find some help.
