There are certain times in your life when you can remember where you were at the time of a momentous occasion. For some, it may be President Kennedy’s assassination, for UK people it may Princess Diana’s Death.
I can vividly remember where I was when the twin towers fell to the ground on the 11th of September 20 years ago this year. We must never forget the sad loss of life and the many devastating impacts that caused. But also we must ask ourselves what has happened since then. Has the world moved on? How was the story told by the media on 9.11 and afterward? What can we learn from the media’s coverage on that day?
To bring us answers, I’ve got my own “scoop” if that’s the word.! He is a Pullitzer Prize-nominated former reporter and columnist for the Wall Street Journal and author of the new book September Twelfth: An American Comeback story. Let’s go to Denver Colorado and meet Dean Rotbart.
