In this painting I am using the same purple flowers that we have practiced, I am painting them larger and using a warmer purple by mixing in alizarin crimson with the ultramarine until it is a little more reddish purple. I am using a number 10 round brush for both the flowers and the greenery. This is a very relaxing painting because there are only two repeating elements, the flowers and the greenery so its a fun time to play with mixing your colors a little darker or lighter, warmer or cooler and noticing the different effects :)
