I made this gown for my gorgeous client Selina a few months ago for her pageant, and she was such doll! She wanted a gown that looked wet from the stage, so we found her a clear sequin covered tulle netting and it did the trick! This gown took 2 days too make, but lots of back and forth with make her muslin mockups to get that fit perfect!
