Asking questions is the key to solving a lot of problems, especially in brand strategy. A lot of business decisions are made in meetings, where a lot of different ideas are being thrown around, but often times it's hard to agree on a direction. In this video, one of our new brand strategy students describes how she managed to make an impact on her client's decision making process by listening more and asking questions. She managed to help her client move forward not by offering solutions, but by asking questions.
