30 Minute Mixed Ability Pilates Workout- Whatever your level, this is for you!

Welcome to this 30 minute Mixed Ability pilates class suitable for all levels. Build your strength, fitness and flexibility by taking this class regularly. You'll exercise your core, stretch and strengthen legs, hips , glutes, arms and shoulders. I will be adding some new movements as well as showing you alternative modifications so you can do the class at the level that suits you. You'll also get to see where you can take movements to if you want a more athletic workout. Make it as hard as you want with my Intermediate Options or make it easier with my Beginner Modifications so the workout is just right for you.

Don't forget to bring your Pilates questions for the Q & A post class. This is a great opportunity to get those burning questions answered as well as get to know each other better. I'll answer as many as I can for you. Happy to do shoutouts too!
