A short discussion on how I want to look at sizing a position with equity options. The risk model I use for certain assets (equity options) is different vs. say buying long stock or short S&P futures. That is a key thing I want to get across.
Hope this helps to give some insight to position sizing and how I might look for an asymmetric trade scenario on one of my plays in my playbook.
