Sacked Employees Protest in Islamabad | SC Must Provide Justice To The 16000 Sacked Employees


In this video, we raise voice for the 16000 Sacked Employees who lost their jobs due to Supreme Court's Decision. Many Sacked Employees that were affected by Sacked Employees Act 2010, gathered at Shahrah e Dastoor Islamabad to Protest against the Decision.
Supreme Court & Government of Pakistan must address this Public At Large Issue & Latest development of Sacked Employees case.




𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑:
The Supreme Court's Judge Justice() Mushir Alam struck down the Sacked Employees Act 2010 ( Sacked Employees Reinstatement Ordinance Act of 2010), ruling that the legislation enacted by the then Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) government did not fulfil the criteria laid down by the apex court in numerous cases.




𝐅𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖 𝐔𝐏:
Human Rights Society of Pakistan has filed a Review Petition in the Supreme Court of Pakistan demanding the Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan to review the Sacked Employees Act 2010 and Reinstate the Sacked Employees to provide them Basic Fundamental Right to live & continue their means of life. Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed can take Suo Moto Action of the judgement causing Human Crisis in Pakistan where a Family only have one breadwinner and provide Justice to all the 12 Thousand Sacked Employees whom means of income are demolished by the decision.
We are standing right behind in support of the families of all the sacked employees until the Supreme Court or Government of Pakistan Address this Public At Large Issue.
