Typhoon Kiko slightly weakens but Signal No. 3 up over Northern Cagayan

Typhoon Kiko slightly weakens over the Philippine Sea on Friday, September 10, 2021, but Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 3 is still hoisted over Northern Cagayan. The state weather bureau likewise raises TCWS No. 2 in Batanes, Babuyan Islands, rest of Cagayan, and parts of Isabela.
