Dewey Beach, DE starting to see water entering homes along the Indian River Bay. Road closures of Route 1 Coastal Hwy from Dewey Beach to Bethany beach where 1 to 2 feet of water crossing the roadways inside town limits. Savannah road in Lewes once sun has set allowed to close due to water inundation. First street next to the University of Delaware Earth, Ocean, Environmental Campus. Tidal gauges in major flood stage as multiple cars are submerged but the rising tides.
