These folks literally told everyone that they should eat frequently. They told everyone to eat every 2-3 hours, 6 meals a day without any proof that this would improve our Health. They created an environment where people became obsessed with calories, carbs, fat, protein, macro, micros, etc.

We are now in the midst of an obesity and diabetes epidemic that we have never seen before, and now these same groups are convincing everyone that this is due to genetics and that these things just run in your family, again without proof. Their solutions are a combination of PPD (Pills, procedures, devices), with no real improvement as it pertains to mortality and morbidity.

The one thing that these very organizations and groups agree on (regardless of what they're saying now) is that diabetes is permanent and fasting is dangerous and unproven…
