Larger crowds were seen at some hawker centres and coffee shops in Singapore on Nov 23, as they opened up to welcome groups of five vaccinated diners. Eighteen of them are the first to implement vaccination checks at entry points. Some stalls said they have already seen up to a 20 per cent increase in customer numbers.
