RETIRED HC JUDGE HOPES SC PUTS TIMELINE FOR SPEAKERS TO DECIDE ON DEFECTION CASES

Retired judge Ferdino Inacio Rebello hopes that at some point in time, the Supreme Court will also put a timeline for Speakers of the Legislative assembly to decide the issue of defections. 
He has said that such matters are kept pending for a long time.
