Today we'll be wholesaling a house all virtually and I want you to see what a real estate wholesale deal looks like and how to calculate, analyze & run the numbers to see if it's a good deal. We'll start by showing you how I found the deal. Next we'll look at the comps online to see how much the house is worth, the ARV(After Repair Value) which really means how much we can sell it for when it's all fixed up. Next we'll go to the blackboard to see how much we can offer the seller, that's the MAO(Maximum Allowable Offer). Then we'll go walk through the house and see what it looks like and last sell the house to a cash buyer for a profit. I sold this one without even having a cash buyers list. You'll be with me step by step and understand how us real estate investors truly do deals without cash or credit.
