How do I Increase My Driver Speed? - Mike Malaska - Malaska Golf

Ever wonder how to increase your driver speed? When it comes to driver speed, you have to start slow (and with control) and increase your speed without losing control! A lot of people start with full swing and full speed! This isn't how you maintain control.

So, start off trying to hit it dead center of the face hitting it 150-yards.
Then add a bit more speed, and carry it 175-200-yards.
If you have control at that level, increase your speed a bit and hit it around 225-250.
Continue, dialing up your speed until you start to lose control of the club and the driver works in your swing. For me, this comes in around 275-285 yards.

This is a great drill for anyone to try!
