It's not uncommon to find matching pairs of a particular model car, but a complete matching set of four 1963 EH Holdens is something special, if not very rare. But for Jason West, it's a quest that started from an early age when his father purchased the first family EH Holden sedan in Kalgoorlie Gold.
Today, Jason has acquired and restored a complete matching set of EH Holdens over the years.

1963 EH Holden Ute
1963 EH Holden Panel Van
1963 EH Holden Station Wagon
Today they all are sporting the original Holden livery, red with white roof and restored to a superb condition. Each of the cars came in varying conditions, some requiring only small amounts of restoration, while others like the ute needed a complete ground-up nut and bolt restoration.
Jason has kept the EH's original where possible. The sedan and station wagon are still with their Red 179 engines, but the ute and panel van has had modifications to the engine and drive train to a Blue 202 engine and Celica 5 speed gearbox. Don't be confused by the rocket covers on these two vehicles; Jason has painted them in the original Red 179 to match the others.
The wooden floors are another feature of the panel van, ute & station wagon. Jason demonstrates his cabinetry skills and craftsmanship with the Holden Lion routed into the panelling and adorning the ute tarp and panel vans interior walls.
Jason ordered 16 new wheels and matching rubber to complete the matching set of four. Now that's attention to detail.
The Holden spirit has long been in the family, and Jason has ensured that it will be for a long time to come.
