This is the piano solo version of the Main Theme from the Memento Mori soundtrack (with some of the repetitions removed). The composer is Jo Seong-woo.
Memento Mori is a South Korean horror film (or perhaps better described as a ghost story, as the horror is fairly subtle). It's one of my favourite films, and the main theme has an incredibly nostalgic feeling for me. It reminded me of Twilight Town from Kingdom Hearts 2 when I first heard it (although it's older that Kingdom Hearts, I played that before seeing the film, hence why it reminds me of that, rather than the other way round).
This version is the Piano Solo version from the soundtrack album - I'm also working on a piano arrangement of the orchestral version.
