Parliament Session adjourned for the fourth day over disagreement on ratification of charter relating to appointment of Justices
སྐབས་༡༧བོད་མི་མང་སྤྱི་འཐུས་གྲོས་ཚོགས་ཚོགས་དུས་བཞི་པའི་ལས་ཉིན་བཞི་པའི་ཚོགས་ཐུན་གཉིས་པའི་ཐོག་ཆེས་མཐོའི་ཁྲིམས་ཞིབ་ཁང་གི་བཅའ་ཁྲིམས་བསྐྱར་བཅོས་ཀྱི་གཞུང་འབྲེལ་ཁྲིམས་འཆར་ཞིག་བཀའ་ཤག་བརྒྱུད་བསྣམས་ཕེབས་ཡོད་པ་བཞིན་སྤྱི་འཐུས་རྣམ་པའི་བགྲོ་གླེང་སྐབས་སྤྱི་འཐུས་ཁག་ཅིག་གིས་ཡིག་ཆ་ཨང་ ༣༩ དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་གནད་དོན་དང་། ད་ཡོད་ཁྲིམས་ཞིབ་པ་རྣམ་པའི་སྐོར་ལ་གྲོས་ཚོགས་ནང་གླེང་སློང་བྱུང་བར་བརྟེན། སྤྱི་འཐུས་གཞན་ཁག་ཅིག་གི་གྲོས་ཚོགས་ར་བ་ནས་ཕྱིར་ཐོན་གྱིས་གྲོས་ཚོགས་འཚོགས་མ་ཐུབ་པའི་གནས་སྟངས་ཆགས་ཡོད་པ་དང། འདི་ཚེས་ ༡༢ རེས་གཟའ་ཟླ་བའི་ཉིན་ཡང་གནད་དོན་དེའི་ཐད་ལ་སྤྱི་འཐུས་རྣམ་པའི་ཁོངས་དགོངས་ཚུལ་མ་མཐུན་པར་བརྟེན་གྲོས་ཚོགས་ཚོགས་དུས་བཞི་པ་མཇུག་སྐྱོང་མ་ཐུབ་པར་གནས་པ་ཡོད་པ་རེད་འདུག
The parliamentary session of 17th Tibetan Parliament’s continued to be adjourned for the fourth day over disagreement about the issue of what has come to be known as the document number 39 which relates to the legality of the two Justice commissioners. The Speaker is trying to find a way to continue the parliament session, and the Sikyong, responding to the media said Kashag's stand is very clear and recognizes both Justice commissioners as legal.
