Do this exercise for ANCHOR ARMS.

Alright if you want some anchor arms built like the legend himself, then you have to try out this exercise. I’m doing this with a back pad on a cable machine, but you can also do it on an incline bench if your gym doesn’t have one. First, set the pad far enough away so that your shoulders are extended roughly 15-30 degrees with your arms aligned with the cable. On a bench, it may be slightly misaligned depending on the height of your bench, so just aim for slight shoulder extension. Then, grab the handles and take a few steps forward and begin by simply curling the weight up while keeping your elbows locked in place. Make sure to fully extend your arms at the bottom to really feel the stretch on your biceps, and resist the urge to move your elbows forward even when you’re close to failure. Pair this with a bowl of nails for breakfast, and you’ll be in the salty spitoon in no time.
