Ise hum banate h matra ek chammach tel me....agar aap bilkul bhi masala khana pasand ni karte to aap chutney ko skip kar sakte hai ya uttapam ke sath dhaniya patti ki chutney kha sakte h....

If you are a cholesterol patient, high BP patient or suffering from obesity and you want to lose weight but without compromising with taste then this is the best recipe for you all ...
This dish required only a spoon of oil...if you want to make it more healthy then you should serve this dish with dhaniya patti ki chutney....
Ingredients-
For chutney -
Oil/ Tel - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds/ jeera - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds / methi dana - 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves/ meethi neem ki pattiya - 12-13
Salt / namak - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder/ haldi - 1 tsp
Red chili powder/ laal pisi mirch- 1 tsp
Tomatoes/ tamatar - 3
Kashmiri chili powder/ kashmiri lal mirch- 1 tsp
Sugar / shakkar - 1 tbsp
For suji / rava uttapam-
Semolina/ suji/ rava - 1 cup
Curd / dahi - 1/2 cup
Water / pani - 1/2 cup
Salt / namak - 1/2 tbsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
For rava toppings -
Onion/ pyaz - 1 medium size
Tomato/ tamatar- 1
Carrot / gajar - 1
Capsicum/ shimla mirch- 1
Coriander leaves/ dhaniya patti - 2 tbsp
Green chillies / hari mirch - 2
Note : You can add vegetables of your choice or you can also make this dish only with tomato and onion.
