Response options

Excellent

This class is used for 2 situations: 1. Keyword is an exact match to query. It matches exactly in meaning and specificity. “Specificity” means the selection of products/services/information shouldn’t be more or less than what the user wants. For example, If query is “Nike shoes”, to be an exact match the keyword must be “Nike shoes”, not “Nike basketball shoes” or “Nike air max”. 2. Query has multiple meaning, but there is one clear most popular intent, and keyword fits this intent exactly. For example, the keyword "iPhone 12" is an exact match to the query "newest iPhone" as of August 2021.

Good

This class is used in a few situations: 1. Keyword is a broader product/service category or topic which would reasonably include the query. For example, the keyword "running shoes" is a broader category to the query "Nike shoes". 2. Keyword is a narrower product/service category or topic which only represents part of the query. For example, the keyword "Nike running shoes" is a narrower category to the query "Nike shoes". 3. Query has multiple meaning, and keyword is an exact match to only one meaning that is not the most popular intent. For example the query "apple" is most likely to refer to the consumer electronics brands, and not apple as gift basket. 4. Query has multiple meaning and there is no clear most popular intent, keyword is an exact match to one of the intents. For example the query "American beauty" can refer to a movie, a brand name for pasta, a flower, or a cosmetic brand. 5. Query is only a geographic location name (ex. "London") and keyword is for travel or real estate. If the keyword is for any other type of business, the correct class is Bad, as It is very unlikely a user looking for a specific service/company (ex. plumber, lawyer etc.) would search for it by only entering a general location Join our telegram Chanel: https://t.me/hlwyourpoint: keyword offers a competitor or alternative product/brand/service to the query. So keyword is a similar product either from the same or a different brand that could be purchased instead. Note: in order for a product to be competitive/alternative the keyword must offer similar usability. In order for a service or brand/company to be competitive/alternative the two must offer at least some of the same services or products. For example, "Dell laptops" is fair to the query "HP laptops". 3. Related topic: keyword covers a related topic to that specified in the query. For example, a user looking for information on symptoms of a fever might also be interested in information on how to treat a fever, so the keyword "fever cure" is fair to the query "fever symptoms" 4. Nearby locations (as alternative) if location is within 25km / 40mi distance. For example "Winchester hotels" is fair to "Southampton hotels" as the locations are less than 25km apart.

Bad

Keyword is not related to query, It includes but is not limited to: product mismatch, topic mismatch, location mismatch etc. Think f it as user searching for query would be very unlikely to click ads related to the keyword.

Adult

Both keyword and query contain adult content. If only one has adult content, the correct class is Bad as keyword and query are not related to one another. Note: queries and keywords about dating websites are not adult if this information is not for 18+ only (compare "dating chat" and "sex-chat" – these terms are different).

Junk

One or both of query / keyword are nonsense or not in English
