Florida Police are trying to identify someone whose leg was found floating in a bay by a tattoo. Investigators with the Tampa Police Department say a fisherman discovered the body part floating in McKay Bay and they say they’re going to need help from the public to crack this case. The tattoo has the names Sean, Greg and Zach on ribbons over three hearts. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
