Vaccinations provide hope as Ontario, Manitoba see COVID-19 cases rise

COVID-19 cases are rising in several parts of the country, leading Manitoba to reinstate some restrictions and Ontario pausing plans to lift more capacity limits. But the high vaccination rate and the pending approval of a vaccine for children is giving many hope.
