Mutex was forced to play one of the biggest duo events in Warzone history, the $400,000 World Series of Warzone, as a solo after his partner Blazt slept through the event.
The World Series Of Warzone event had $400,000 on the line, one of the biggest prize pools in the history of the game...but apparently that wasn’t enough to get Blazt, a former Call of Duty pro turned content creator for the Minnesota ROKKR to set an alarm. His partner Mutex was left frantic as the event began and he hadn’t been able to get ahold of Blazt for hours, and was ultimately forced to play part of the duo event as a solo, effectively knocking him out of contention as Blazt slept in.
Eventually, Twitch Rivals allowed Mutex to get a replacement for Blazt, who woke up towards the end of the Warzone event saying he had just slept for 15 hours straight. Mutex was worried that something terrible had happened to his friend and duo partner, so when he found out Blazt had just slept through the biggest Warzone event of their careers, he was not happy.
So not only did Mutex walk away with no prize money after the Twitch Rivals World Series of Warzone, he’s now on the look for a new duo partner, as apparently he can’t trust his old one to set an alarm.
